The Municipal Interest Checking II Account is in compliance with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Act 72 of 1971 (P.L. 281). VIST Financial will supply the collateralization letter on funds in excess of $100,000, as required by the Act.

 

**Sole Proprietors may utilize Personal Bill Pay for free.  However, there is NO waiver with an upgrade to Business Online Banking.
